Refund policy

Returns are only accepted if the item is delivered and contains a defect. The following are considered defects:

  • Misprint
  • Faded print
  • Arrived stained
  • Flex peeling off
  • Holes on the product

 Returns will not be accepted for the following reasons:

  • The customer ordered the wrong size/fit.
  • The customer changed their mind about wanting the product.
  • The customer would like a different color.
  • The shipping provider did not complete delivery/the delivery was late.

If you receive your item and it contains a defect, please e-mail us with a picture of the item highlighting the defect. We can then forward your request to our supplier for a refund and you may request either a replacement item or a refund on your purchase.
